Bedford Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry is Hiring a Patient Care Coordinator Near Bedford, NH
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, mature and detail-oriented individual to join our family owned dental practice as our Front Desk/Patient Care Coordinator. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining a full schedule, verifying insurance information, treatment planning and other administrative support to ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a dental office setting who is passionate about patient care and customer service.
Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure accuracy of claims information
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
- Provide administrative support to office manager as required.
Experience:
- PREVIOUS DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures require.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
